YES, YES, YES!! I am your typical ectomorph. I am in the Army and went from 130 to 142 within a year of joining, and had not gained anymore weight. About a year ago, I started lifting and easily put on ten pounds with just using whey protein pretty much. late 2008 i was averaging about 157 while using whey, creatine, no2, aminos. I hit a major plateau. Not only was my size/weight not going up, but my strength was growing very very slow. After a 1 month training exercise in the desert, I weighed 153. After I came back I started taking Serious Mass 4-5 scoops per day, and in one month I am 165 lbs now, and my strength gains are incredible. I am no longer known as the skinny guy.
